Actual weight per cup varies with brand, humidity, and how an ingredient is packed or measured — see our Why Different Websites Show Different Values section for details. We make no guarantee that any given conversion will be exact, and we're not liable for recipe outcomes based on using this tool.

The GramToCup name, logo, and site design are the property of GramToCup. Ingredient density data is compiled from common cooking references and may be reused with attribution.
